>A Facebook messenger chat is going for current paid members.

This chat allows us to communicate about club related business, contact one another on field trips, make meeting arrangements. It is also a 'less public' way to ask questions, receive mentorship, or make plans with other members.

>Feel free to add items "For Sale" in the group chat. This can be any photography gear or accessories. Also, if you are looking for something, this is the spot to ask.

Although it is a private chat, please exercise caution when buying and selling online. Consider meeting at the police station safe exchange zone, and test items before purchasing.

Presentations

Technical Presentation:

Aspect ratio is the ratio of width to height. Televisions, monitors, Instagram, phone screens, cameras, and cinema all have different aspect ratios. We need to be mindful of how we have taken the picture, how we have cropped the picture, and how we want the picture to be viewed/printed. Resolution also plays a role in this topic and it is key to understanding in order for our images to carry the greatest impact. Tim will be offering his expertise on the subject.

Man Viewing Collage

Behind the Lens:

Ivan will be presenting on Bill Schwab, an American photographer known for his emotionally charged yet peaceful urban and natural landscapes.

...

If you have an idea to present in the future, please reach out.

Behind the Lens highlights a photographer, style, genre, or era.

A favorite photographer, your journey learning a genre, a style that broke barriers.
