If you are selling gear, equipment, accessories, post your items anytime. This is available to paid members only, but as always, exercise caution when buying and selling online.

If you submitted a print for the Cafe Verve Gallery earlier this year, please arrange to pick up your picture.

Technical Presentation: Milky Way
Kimberly delivered an incredible presentation last month for photographing the moon, we are thrilled to have her speak again this month. Kimberly is knowledgeable and passionate; she offers step by steps guides, equipment recommendations, and troubleshooting ideas, from her plethora of experience.
Behind the Lens:
This presentation will be a bit different.
The guest speaker for the final ACCA presentation (May12) is Myrna Pearman, a biologist and bird photographer expert.
This month's field trip is to Frank Lake (May10), a birding hotspot.
So for our Behind the Lens, we want to see your bird images! Send 4 pictures of your best bird shots taken since the last meeting.
These can be emailed to Rob, deadline is midnight May 17th.

Frank Lake

Frank Lake is approximately 3 hours west of Medicine Hat. It is a productive wetland controlled by Ducks Unlimited, and is a well known "Birding Hotspot".

Year End Wrap Up - Writing on Stone
Writing on Stone is approximately 2 hours southwest of Medicine Hat. It is a provincial park known for its beautiful natural landscape, hoodoo formations, riverside cottonwood forests, and significant rock art sites. With an abundance of trails, there will be much to photograph!
